You can buy or make cover sheets for the bottom of your tree too, to finalize the decoration and cover up the tree stand. Decorating the tree is the most fun of the entire experience. You can check the Internet for ideas on homemade ornaments and themed trees that will draw the eye that much more. What a lot of people forget to do and it is perhaps the most important thing of all when trying to care for your tree...water the poor thing! I have found that, they don't like tap water! I leave a bucket up the right way in the garden and collect rainwater for my Christmas Trees. They really seem to prefer it!
